About this opportunity
The ARES Scholarships provide fully funded study opportunities in Belgium for applicants from eligible developing countries. The programme supports selected specialized bachelor's, specialized master's and international training programmes offered through higher education institutions in the French-speaking Community of Belgium. The scholarships are particularly focused on developing professional and academic capacity that can contribute to development in the applicant's home country
Requirements
- Be a citizen of an ARES partner/developing country.
- Normally reside in an eligible country at the time of application.
- Meet the academic requirements of the selected programme.
- Have relevant professional experience where required by the programme.
- Demonstrate a clear connection between the proposed studies and development needs in the home country.
- Meet the programme-specific language requirements.
- Apply for one eligible ARES programme through the official application system.
- Provide the required academic and professional documentation.
- For many programmes, applicants must have at least two years of relevant professional experience.
