About this opportunity
The Reginald F. Lewis Fellowship is a one-year academic fellowship for a recent law graduate who has demonstrated a strong interest in legal scholarship and is preparing for a career in law teaching. The selected fellow will conduct research and prepare at least one major article for publication, while also having opportunities to audit courses and attend workshops at Harvard Law School.
Requirements
- Be a recent law graduate.
- Demonstrate a strong interest in legal scholarship and law teaching.
- Submit a detailed research and writing project proposal, up to four pages.
- Submit a statement of interest in law teaching and legal scholarship, up to four pages.
- Submit a comprehensive CV or résumé.
- Submit copies of academic transcripts.
- Provide two letters of recommendation addressing potential for success as a legal scholar and law teacher.
- Be prepared to reside at Harvard Law School during the academic year.
