The Gratitude Network Fellowship is a global leadership development programme designed for nonprofit founders and organisational leaders who want to expand their social impact. The fellowship selects approximately 30 leaders annually and provides a structured 13-month development experience involving executive coaching, strategy facilitation, peer learning and organisational growth support. The programme is particularly relevant to leaders of organisations serving children and young people through education, healthcare, wellbeing and children's rights initiatives. It helps participants develop long-term strategies, strengthen leadership capacity and improve the sustainability of their organisations.

Requirements checklist

  1. 01

    Be a leader of a legally registered nonprofit, charity or NGO.

  2. 02

    Have at least two years of organisational operating history.

  3. 03

    Have at least two full-time equivalent employees, including the leader.

  4. 04

    Have an annual operating budget between $50,000 and $2 million.

  5. 05

    Primarily serve children and young people.

  6. 06

    Work in education, health and wellbeing or children's rights.

  7. 07

    Demonstrate readiness to scale the organisation.

  8. 08

    Have advanced-to-fluent English proficiency.
