Innovate4Impact is an international innovation and entrepreneurship challenge designed for secondary-school students developing technology-based solutions to environmental and social problems. The 2027 competition focuses on climate action and responsible consumption, encouraging participants to transform ideas into prototypes, sustainable business models and practical community solutions. Participants follow a structured innovation journey involving problem identification, research, product development, impact measurement and pitching. Selected teams are invited to the championship programme in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Requirements checklist

    Applicants must be high-school students.

    Participate in a team of at least five students.

    Work through a registered school or youth organisation.

    Identify a problem connected to climate action or responsible consumption.

    Develop a technology-based or entrepreneurial solution.

    Build a prototype or demonstrate the proposed solution.
