Wave Farm: Transmission ArtResidency 2027
All Information
The Wave Farm Transmission Art Residency is a 10-day international creative residency in New York, USA, supporting artists who explore radio, broadcasting, transmission and communication technologies as part of their artistic practice. The programme provides selected artists with dedicated time and resources to develop new transmission-based artwork. Residents have access to Wave Farm's research library, specialist equipment, unique workspace facilities and on-site staff support. The residency is particularly suited to artists working with sound, radio, experimental media and broadcast-based installations. Selected artists receive a US$1,000 stipend. Applicants from any country may apply, but the programme expects proposals to demonstrate a clear relationship with transmission art rather than general visual-art practice.
