Monson Arts: Spring 2027Artist and Writer Residency

Monson Arts offers two-week and four-week residential programmes for emerging and established artists and writers. The Spring 2027 application cycle supports selected participants who want to concentrate on their creative practice in a dedicated environment in Monson, Maine. Residents receive private studio space, a private bedroom in shared accommodation, meals and a stipend. The programme accommodates several creative disciplines, including visual arts, writing, photography, woodworking, audio, video and screenwriting. It is particularly useful for independent creatives who need practical working facilities and uninterrupted time to develop their projects. Applicants can apply at different stages of their careers, and the programme does not restrict participation to one artistic medium.
