The WE Empower UN SDG Challenge recognizes women entrepreneurs whose businesses advance the Sustainable Development Goals. Five regional awardees participate in leadership training and high-level networking during Climate Week and the UN General Assembly.

Requirements checklist

    Must identify as a woman entrepreneur.

  2. 02

    Must be at least 21 years old.

  3. 03

    Must lead decision-making within the company.

  4. 04

    Business must have operated for at least three years.

  5. 05

    Must employ at least three full-time staff.

  6. 06

    Annual revenue must be at least US$75,000.

  7. 07

    Professional proficiency in English is required.

  8. 08

    Must be able to travel and participate in program activities.
