The PTDF In-Country Scholarship Scheme (ISS) is a Nigerian government scholarship that supports outstanding Nigerian students pursuing undergraduate, Master's, and PhD programmes in Nigerian public universities. The scheme is designed to build indigenous capacity in the oil, gas, energy, and related sectors by funding students in priority disciplines. Applications are submitted through the PTDF Scholarship Management Portal.
