The TaiwanICDF International Higher Education Scholarship supports students from partner countries in pursuing undergraduate, master's, and PhD degrees at participating universities in Taiwan. The programme aims to strengthen sustainable development by building human capacity in priority sectors such as agriculture, science, engineering, public health, business, and technology. Applicants apply through both the TaiwanICDF online portal and the Taiwanese Embassy or Mission serving their country.
