ASEF LinkUp 2026 is a professional development and cultural diplomacy programme connecting arts and cultural practitioners with government and public-sector representatives from Asia and Europe. The 2026 edition focuses on reimagining inclusive, ethical and sustainable cultural relations, including who has access to international cultural exchanges and what makes cross-border collaboration sustainable.
Requirements
- Be a citizen of an ASEM partner country.
- Be an arts or cultural professional interested in international cultural exchange.
- Demonstrate a commitment to strengthening collaboration between Asia and Europe.
- Be interested in cultural diplomacy and international cultural relations.
- Be willing to share knowledge and learn across disciplines and geographical contexts.
- Suitable applicants include:
- Cultural practitioners
- Arts managers
- Academics
- Curators
- Researchers
- Representatives of arts organisations
- Representatives of museums and cultural networks.
- Up to 10 arts-sector participants will be selected.
