About this opportunity
The Sir James McNeill Postgraduate Research Scholarship supports a graduate research student undertaking research that is both environmentally responsible and socially beneficial at Monash University in Australia. It is a highly competitive award based on academic excellence, research outputs and previous research experience. Monash offers the scholarship once every two years from Round 4 of 2024
Requirements
- Be an Australian citizen, New Zealand citizen, Australian permanent resident, Australian humanitarian visa holder, or international student.
- Submit a graduate research scholarship application in the year the scholarship is offered.
- Undertake research that is both environmentally responsible and socially beneficial.
- Meet Monash's competitive scholarship selection requirements.
- Meet Monash's English-language proficiency requirements.
- Demonstrate strong academic performance, research outputs and/or prior research experience.
- Be undertaking eligible doctoral research in one of the specified faculties.
