Connect & Create: Professional Mobility 2027

Connect & Create: Professional Mobility supports international organisations and events in Africa and Europe that host delegations of cultural professionals working in the performing arts and music sectors. The programme facilitates professional exchanges through tailored programmes involving networking, training, conferences, B2B meetings and exposure to local and international artistic scenes.

- Applications must be submitted by eligible organisations or international events, not individual professionals. - Applicants must be based in: - A qualifying Sub-Saharan African country, or - A European Union Member State. - The project must involve professionals from the performing arts and/or music sectors. - Delegations must contain a minimum of 8 cultural professionals aged 18+. - Delegations of 8–10 people must represent at least 5 different nationalities. - Delegations of more than 10 people must represent at least 8 different nationalities. - Eligible professionals may include: - Programmers/curators - Producers - Agents - Event organisers - Network coordinators - Company representatives - Festival representatives. - Eligible host events include: - Festivals - Trade fairs - Professional markets - Conventions - Seminars - Symposiums - Workshops - Professional networking events. - For mobility to Europe, support is exclusively for African professionals. - For mobility to Sub-Saharan Africa, both African and European professionals may be supported.
