Anderson Center Artist Residency Program 2027

The Anderson Center Artist Residency Program provides two- to four-week residencies for artists, writers, musicians and performers to create, develop or complete work. The 2027 programme is open to early-career, mid-career and established artists from anywhere in the world, across a broad range of creative and intellectual disciplines. Residents work within an interdisciplinary cohort of approximately five artists.

- Be an artist, writer, musician or performer. - Applicants may be at the early, mid or established career stage. - Be based anywhere in the world. - Work in visual, literary or performing arts, including interdisciplinary practices. - Submit the required online application materials through the Anderson Center application portal. - Demonstrate a significant body of creative work and/or accomplishment. - Present a project or creative direction that would benefit from dedicated time and space. - Be available to participate in the residency in person. - Be willing to participate in community engagement activities during the residency.
