OBORO's Residency Program supports artists working in visual arts, media arts and digital arts through a research-focused residency. The programme is designed for artists whose practices engage with contemporary social, philosophical and technological questions and encourages diverse perspectives and experimentation

Requirements checklist

  1. 01

    Work in:

    • Visual arts • Media arts • Digital arts. • Submit a research residency proposal. • Demonstrate an established or developing artistic practice. • Provide relevant work samples/portfolio.

    Present a project that aligns with OBORO's interest in innovative artistic perspectives.

  3. 03

    Be available during the residency period running from Winter 2027 through Winter 2028.

  4. 04

    Complete the application before the deadline.
