About this opportunity
This program is an initiative of the Government of Chile, administered by the Chilean Agency for International Development Cooperation (AGCID). Launched in 2014, it strengthens South–South cooperation by funding Master’s studies for professionals, public officials, and academics from partner African countries. The application deadline is October 3, 2025.

Requirements

2. Final unconditional admission letter from the selected Master’s program
3. Medical certificate signed by a licensed physician, indicating any pre-existing conditions ([template provided](https://appspublic.agci.cl/becas/horizontal/docs/cv354/Anexo%205%20-%20NM-%20Declaracion%20de%20Salud%202026-%2019-05-2025.pdf))
4. Professional diploma or notarized copy (apostille required if selected)
5. Curriculum Vitae highlighting academic and professional experience
6. Motivation letter: reasons for choosing Chile, study goals, and plans to apply skills in the home country
7. Brief description of the intended research/thesis project
8. Academic reference letter
9. Employer support letter (if applicable), confirming study leave
