About this opportunity
The La Trobe Vice Chancellor Scholarship is the university's most prestigious scholarship for high-achieving international students. It provides either a 50% or 100% reduction in total tuition fees for eligible undergraduate and postgraduate coursework students. Selection considers academic performance as well as extracurricular, sports and community engagement.
Requirements
- Be an international student and citizen of a country other than Australia or New Zealand.
- Be a full-fee-paying, non-sponsored student.
- Apply for direct entry into an eligible undergraduate or postgraduate coursework programme.
- Commence studies at an eligible La Trobe Victorian campus in 2026.
- Have a minimum 80% WAM or equivalent.
- Meet La Trobe's English-language requirements.
- Receive an offer of admission before scholarship selection.
- Complete the scholarship application.
- Submit a maximum 250-word statement explaining the difference you hope to make in your field or community after graduation.
