About this opportunity

A nine-month, non-residential leadership programme designed for high-potential African women working in agricultural sciences. Participants receive leadership training, mentoring, networking opportunities and support to strengthen their research communication and professional visibility

Requirements

- Be a woman aged 35 or younger. - Hold at least a Bachelor's degree in an agricultural science discipline. - Have at least five years of full-time agricultural-sector experience. - Reside in Africa. - Be actively engaged in agriculture-related professional work. - Be a citizen of one of the 11 eligible countries. - Demonstrate leadership potential.
