A nine-month, non-residential leadership programme designed for high-potential African women working in agricultural sciences. Participants receive leadership training, mentoring, networking opportunities and support to strengthen their research communication and professional visibility
Requirements checklist

Be a woman aged 35 or younger.
- 02
Hold at least a Bachelor's degree in an agricultural science discipline.
- 03
Have at least five years of full-time agricultural-sector experience.
- 04
Reside in Africa.
- 05
Be actively engaged in agriculture-related professional work.
- 06
Be a citizen of one of the 11 eligible countries.
- 07
Demonstrate leadership potential.
