Harpswell Leadership Residency 2027 in Cambodia

The Harpswell Leadership Residency is a professional development and residential leadership opportunity for international women with university degrees. Leadership Residents live at Harpswell's leadership centres in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, where they mentor, teach, support and collaborate with Cambodian Women’s Leadership students and alumnae. The programme focuses on women's leadership, education, social change and cross-cultural exchange.

- Be an international woman with a university degree. - Demonstrate commitment to social change, women's leadership and education. - Have strong spoken and written English. - Demonstrate curiosity and respect toward different cultures. - Be resourceful, flexible and able to work independently. - Be willing to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends. - Teaching experience is an advantage but not required for Leadership Residents. - Leadership Resident Fellows additionally require 2+ years of professional experience; teaching experience is strongly preferred.
