IHS AI Workforce Faculty Research Grant Program 2027

The AI Workforce Faculty Research Grant Program supports academic research examining the long-term effects of artificial intelligence on the workforce. IHS is particularly interested in research on employment, productivity, occupational change, economic opportunity, and innovation, especially proposals that bridge multiple academic disciplines. Research outputs may include peer-reviewed publications, policy white papers, or shareable research databases.

- Must be an academic scholar/faculty member at an accredited college or university. - International scholars are eligible to apply. - Research must substantially address how AI influences the workforce over time. - Proposals that bridge academic disciplines are particularly encouraged. - Applicants should provide a clear research plan and detailed budget. - Prior affiliation with or funding from IHS is not required.
