About this opportunity
The Mentora Scholars Fellowship is a selective leadership and personal-development fellowship for undergraduate students in the United States and Canada. The programme focuses on character development, leadership, self-awareness, purpose, peer relationships and creating positive change in communities and careers. It is based on the work of Dr. Hitendra Wadhwa, founder of Mentora Institute and a longtime Columbia Business School professor.
Requirements
- Must be an undergraduate student in the United States or Canada.
- Students who completed their undergraduate degree within the past year may also apply.
- Must demonstrate a strong commitment to personal growth and transformation.
- Must be committed to excellence in their chosen field.
- Must demonstrate an interest in creating positive change.
- Must be willing to participate in the fellowship's practice-based personal-development programme.
- Selected scholars must be able to attend the in-person programme.
