Dalai Lama Fellows Program 2027 for Emerging Changemakers

The Dalai Lama Fellows (DLF) Program is a one-year global leadership fellowship for emerging changemakers working on social innovation projects that address local and global challenges. Selected Fellows receive leadership training through the Head, Heart, Hands curriculum, individual coaching, group learning and membership in a global community of changemakers. The 2027 cohort will select 15–20 Fellows from around the world.

- Must be 20–36 years old as of 1 April 2027. - Must be fluent in written and spoken English. - Must currently be working on a social-change project or have a well-developed plan to launch one. - Must have in-depth knowledge of the community and issue the project addresses. - Preferably have at least one year of experience working with the community. - Must be interested in contemplative practices. - Must commit approximately 12 hours per month to fellowship activities, in addition to project work. - Must attend the virtual Contemplative Leadership Assembly in May 2027.
