The Emerging Leaders Programme (ELP) is a six-month executive education programme designed for rising and mid-level leaders across Africa. It is delivered through a self-paced format and focuses on personal leadership, resilience, strategic thinking, communication, evidence-based decision-making and organisational leadership. A limited number of merit-based scholarships are available.
Requirements checklist

Must be a mid-level executive working in any sector in Africa.

Must have at least 5 years of total work experience.

Must have at least 1 year of supervisory, managerial or leadership experience.

Must hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Must have good written and spoken English.

Must have good computer skills.
- 07
Submit a CV of no more than 3 pages.
- 08
Submit an employer recommendation, commitment and permission letter.
- 09
Submit a 450–500 word motivational statement explaining leadership successes, challenges and reasons for applying.
