The Pollination Project provides small seed grants to grassroots changemakers developing volunteer-led projects that benefit their communities. It accepts applications from individuals, informal groups and early-stage nonprofit organisations worldwide. Projects should already have begun some initial work and should demonstrate how a small grant will produce meaningful community impact.
Requirements checklist

Applicant may be an individual, informal group or early-stage nonprofit.

Project must serve a charitable community purpose rather than generate personal profit.

Project must be volunteer-led and have no paid staff, apart from permitted occasional professional services.

Total project budget must be under US$10,000.
- 05
Organisational annual budget must be under US$50,000.
- 06
Applicant and project must not have previously received a Pollination Project seed grant.
- 07
Some work or planning must already have started.
- 08
Applicant must be able to receive funds by wire transfer or PayPal in US dollars.
- 09
International applicants must provide a referee contact.
