Penn Global funds research and engagement projects that advance the university's international research and global engagement priorities. The 2026–27 cycle accepts initial proposals from 14 September through 2 November 2026. The process begins with an initial proposal; shortlisted applicants are subsequently invited to submit a fuller application.

Requirements checklist
