The EQUALS in Tech Awards recognize ongoing projects, initiatives, products and services that use technology to reduce the digital gender divide and improve the lives of women and girls. The 2027 awards are open worldwide to eligible organizations and entities, including NGOs, academic institutions, government bodies, businesses and social enterprises. Winners receive international recognition and networking opportunities.

Requirements checklist

    Applicant must represent an eligible organization or entity.

    Must nominate a specific, ongoing project, programme, product or service.

  3. 03

    The initiative must fit one of the three award categories.

  4. 04

    Must demonstrate impact, reach, innovation, scalability or replicability, and collaboration.

  5. 05

    Applications must be submitted before the deadline.

  6. 06

    Each application can enter only one category.
