Supports a woman or non-binary artist developing innovative music-related work, pursuing collaborations, taking creative risks, or pushing boundaries in music. Projects may intersect with performance, music education, community outreach, entrepreneurship, technology, research, recording, production, or wellness. The grant also values a demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility. Applicants submit a short video explaining their work, intended community impact, completion timeline, and how the award will help.

Requirements checklist

    Identify as a woman or non-binary artist.

    Demonstrate innovation in music or a related field listed by IAWM.

  3. 03

    Explain the project or initiative and its impact.

  4. 04

    Submit a video of no more than five minutes.

  5. 05

    Ensure the work meets the fund’s completion requirements.

  6. 06

    IAWM membership is encouraged but not compulsory.
