An international innovation challenge for organisations developing solutions to improve food systems. It supports innovations that make food safer and more nutritious, improve sustainable production, and make healthy food more accessible, appealing, affordable, and trusted. The challenge welcomes early prototypes as well as more mature innovations with potential to scale.

Requirements checklist

    Applicants must apply through an eligible organisation, such as a nonprofit, NGO, academic or research institution, early-stage for-profit enterprise, or social enterprise.

  2. 02

    Individuals cannot apply independently.

  3. 03

    The proposed innovation must demonstrate practical feasibility and contribute to the challenge’s food-system objectives.
