This global grant programme supports organizations working with city governments to use AI to improve public services for underserved communities. Projects should address public health, economic mobility, environmental resilience or civic engagement, and demonstrate how the proposed AI solution can make a measurable difference to residents within two years.

Requirements checklist

    Applicants must be eligible organizations, such as nonprofits or qualifying public benefit corporations.

    Each proposal must include a city-government partner.

  3. 03

    Projects must use AI as a core part of the solution.

  4. 04

    The proposed work must benefit underserved communities or advance social welfare.

  5. 05

    Applicants must complete the first-stage eligibility screening, proposal and short video by the deadline.

  6. 06

    Only applicants progressing through the selection process can submit the second-stage proposal
