Supports emerging independent musicians with project funding and professional guidance. Grants can support recording a song or album, producing a music video, developing artist branding and marketing materials, pressing vinyl, or undertaking eligible touring activities. The programme also provides mentorship to help artists build sustainable, artist-led careers.

Requirements checklist

    Applicants must be at least 18, be US citizens or eligible to work in the United States, and be emerging artists working in melody- and lyric-driven music.

  2. 02

    Applicants must own the master recordings of their music, must not have accepted an advance for the proposed project, and must not be under an active record-label contract.

  3. 03

    Applicants must submit a feasible project proposal that fits the fund's musical focus.
