Danish Arts Foundation: Productionand Exhibitions
All Information
The Production and Exhibitions programme supports contemporary visual art through the production of new artworks, exhibition activity, dissemination, and promotion. It is intended to help artists and exhibition venues realise projects that bring contemporary art to audiences in Denmark and internationally. Artists may apply for eligible production costs when they have an exhibition agreement, while artists and venues may seek support for certain exhibition and promotional expenses. The programme can be relevant to artists developing new work for a confirmed exhibition, or to eligible venues planning to present contemporary art. The programme has a clear project focus: applicants need a defined artistic activity and should establish where and how the work will be shown. Not every expense associated with an exhibition is eligible, so applicants must review the exclusions before preparing a budget.
