The University of Sheffield International Postgraduate Scholarship supports eligible international students starting a taught postgraduate degree in September 2027. The award is automatically applied to qualifying offer holders from selected countries and regions, including Nigeria. It is designed to reduce the first-year tuition burden for international students who are self-funded and meet the university’s offer conditions. Applicants should apply for an eligible full-time master’s programme and accept their offer by the published deadline. The award does not cover living costs and cannot be combined with certain external or university scholarships.
Requirements checklist
